Q - How do I become a KBeauty Rewards Member?
Joining KBeauty Rewards is simple! Sign up with your email through the Rewards page. You'll get 25 points just for becoming a member! Once you've signed up, you'll have full access to our VIP rewards. Each time you come back, make sure you log in to track your progress, your transaction history and to redeem offers with your points.
Nope! The points you accrue are yours forever -- they don’t expire!
Once logged in, you can check your point balance on both the Rewards page and your Account page.
Earn points each time you spend on the Korean Beauty ZA website and for specific actions. You earn 1 point for every R10 spent. When you earn 100 points you receive R100 off. Points will be earned on each Rand you spend, excluding all shipping fees. Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account page.
Points can only be earned on products purchased on our website (http://www.koreanbeauty.co.za). Purchases made at pop-up and/or brick-and-mortar locations will not accrue points.
You can use your points at Checkout to redeem products or discounts! Once logged in and ready to check out, go to the Checkout page to see two drop-down menus on the right underneath your cart. Select and click "Apply".
Discounts are not eligible on any shipping fees and taxes. Products will be added directly to your cart however you must have additional items in your cart for you to redeem your points for a product.
Q - What do the tiers mean?
KBeauty Rewards are separated into three tiers - Member, VIP and VIP Premier. Tier status is based on your calendar year spend (January 1st to December 31st) and your cumulative spend amount will move you through VIP and VIP Premier statuses for more rewards and benefits!
Your tier status will reset at the beginning of every calendar year but your points will remain in your account. The cumulative spend amount includes all orders made on our website ( http://www.koreanbeauty.co.za) excluding E-Gift Card redemptions. Purchases made at pop-up and/or brick-and-mortar locations will not count towards your cumulative spend amount.
Once logged in, you can check your tier on both the Rewards page and your Account page.
No problem! Click “Forgot Password?” to reset your password. From there, you’ll need to verify your email address and we’ll lead you through the process to get you back into your account. If you’re having any further issues, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you sorted!
While you can accrue points on 2+ separate accounts (depending on which account you’re logged in with), you cannot transfer or merge points.
For VIP or VIP Premier Members, the exclusive offers will be available via our newsletter as exclusive sales, offers and events are announced. Make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletters and add us to your contact list so they don't end up in Spam!
Q - I have enough points! Why can't I redeem my points?
First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out.
If after signing in, the drop down is still empty -- please clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account and the drop down menu to redeem your items will be under your cart on the "Customer Information" page. Please allow a few moments to load.
